Have your say for a safer borough
Dudley residents are being invited to speak directly to the people who are accountable for community safety at an annual consultation event.
The ‘have your say’ event organised by safe & sound takes place on 28 September 2016 at Dudley Council House from 6.30pm to 9pm.
It gives residents a chance to meet with senior officers and decision-makers from the police, council, fire service and other organisations to ask questions about how the partnership tackles crime and disorder and substance misuse.
Through small workshops and a question time session, those who attend will be able to say what they think the big issues are and how they should be tackled over the next year and also talk about what has been done well and what can be improved.
If you can’t attend you can still have your say by completing a short online survey at the link below.
At last year’s event, residents highlighted the importance of partners and communities working together. They also submitted a number of questions which were responded to after the event.
